General Information

  • The Port Townsend Record Show happens once a year on the first Saturday in March.

  • The PT Record Show is held at The American Legion Hall in Port Townsend, WA.

  • Early Bird Entry is from 8am-10am and costs $10 at the door.

  • The Record Show is always FREE Entrance from 10am-5pm.

  • The show features 30 sellers, 40 tables, live DJ’s, music, food, friendly people and great finds. It’s a Pacific Northwest, PT tradition and destination show for collectors.

  • The Port Townsend Record Show started in 2015 and hopefully goes on forever 🤩 See you at the next one!

Vendor Information

  • Vendor Setup is from 7AM until 10am. You can try coming earlier but no guarantee the doors will be open. Also it’s best to setup before 10am to avoid crowds, parking and loading in headaches.

  • Tables are 8FT x 28″, solid wood (non-bending).

  • Tables are $70. Online registration opens Jan-March and usually stays open until a couple weeks before the show. Note: WE ALWAYS SELL OUT!

  • Vendor Registration is first come, first serve. Previous Vendors reserve the right to their tables from previous year upon request. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
