Vendor Information

  • Vendor Setup is from 7AM – 10AM.
  • Tables are 8FT x 28″, solid wood (non-bending).
  • Tables are $70. Online registration is open Jan-Feb.
  • Tables must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Vendor Registration is first come, first serve.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

General Information

  • The 2025 Port Townsend Record Show will be held Saturday, March 1st.
  • The Record Show is hosted at The American Legion Hall in Port Townsend, WA.
  • Early Bird Entry is from 8am-10am and costs $10 at the door.
  • The Record Show is Entrance FREE and open to the public from 10am-5pm.
